Firestar Modeling Competition

Firestar is looking for our very own Firestar.

The winning applicant will win a modeling contract with Firestar Energy Limited, and will be the face of our slick and stylish brand for 12 months. If you would like to enter then please check our terms and conditions before applying and send your entry to model@firestar69.com.

We are looking for talented individuals with brains as well as sexy looks. E-mail us a few pics with your age, location and a brief description of why you think you should be our “Firestar”. Special attention will be given to innovative pictures using or related to Firestar. We expect 100’s of people to apply so please stand out. Template replies will be ignored.

Each month from September 2009 through to March 2010 we will select a finalist and publish the selection online. The grand final will be held in April 2010.

It is highly likely that the grand final will involve voting from our online communities, so we strongly encourage you to start posting and building your fan base now!

Full Terms and Conditions

1. Open to residents of UK aged 18 or over only, except employees and their immediate families of Firestar Energy Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, send your electronic entry, name, email, contact phone numbers and address to: model@firestar69.com. Only one entry per person, only one entry per email. Proof of submitting online will not be taken as proof of receipt or delivery. No responsibility will be taken for entries that are delayed or incorrectly submitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. The competition will run from 1st September 2009, to 31st March 2009.  One monthly winner will be selected each month to enter the grand final, details of which will be provided in March 2009. All entries must be received by midday on the last day of each month to be valid for that month.  Entries received after midday will be entered into the following month’s competition
4. There is one modeling contract to be won. The terms of the contract are to be determined by Firestar Energy Limited.
5. Limitations of liability. Neither Firestar Energy Limited nor the competition parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of material at any point in the operation of this competition.
3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this competition.
4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
5. Any injury or damage to participants upon delivery and/or use of their reward.

6. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or at any of our competition third party partners. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in this competition, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
7. Firestar Energy Limited reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of the reward if there is any suspicion of fraud. Maximum of one prize per household.
8. Conduct of participation. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Firestar Energy Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the process or the operation of the competition or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Firestar Energy Limited to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Firestar Energy Limited to be disruptive.
9. Firestar Energy Limited’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Firestar Energy Limited will not be responsible for entries damaged or defaced in any way. Firestar Energy Limited will be entitled to freely use any entries for any activity, including but not limited to publicity. 
11. A list of winners' names and counties will be available via the website for a minimum period of 3 months after the closing date.
12. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the final that they have won the main prize.
13. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted within 28 days, Firestar Energy Limited reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original

15. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this competition.

Firestar Photo Competition

Firestar Energy Limited is looking for pictures of you and your friends using Firestar. Whether out on the town, playing sport, driving down the M1, or just stuck in revising we want to hear from you. Send us your pics and each month we will pick a winner to be published on the net.

The winning applicant will win 12 months supply of Firestar, that’s 365 sachets worth more than £500 to keep you energized throughout the year.
